Regal REIT is a collective investment scheme authorised by the Securities and Futures Commission under section 104 of the Securities and Futures Ordiance and regulated by the provisions of the REIT Code and constituted by the Trust Deed.

The REIT Manager is licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission to conduct the regulated activity of asset management. Mr. Simon Lam Man Lim and Mr. Johnny Chen Sing Hung are duly approved as the responsible officers of the REIT Manager by the Securities and Futures Commission.

The Trustee is registered as a trust company and is qualified to act as a trustee for collective investment schemes authorised under the Securities and Futures Ordinance pursuant to the REIT Code.
