The hotel manager, Regal Hotels International Limited, being the hotel management arm of the Regal Group, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Regal Hotels International Holdings Limited and it is appointed to operate the hotel business under long-term management agreements until 30th March, 2027. The hotel manager is required to operate each hotel under the “Regal” brand name with full control and discretion, to operate, manage, and promote the business, in the best interest of the owner, with a view to optimising profit.

All hotel employees are employed by the hotel manager in its sole discretion.
